Overflow for wide lip tank

Anyone know where I can get an overflow unit to fit my custom acrylics wide lip tank edge?

My 200gal acrylic has a tank lip of 4". All the overflow units I've seen so far can't fit.

Can anyone help?

Join the two boxes with some scrap acrylic from Home Depot (usually in the glass trash bin) you can drill it or use solvent to "glue" it together. Make your tube out of pvc, to get the angles use a 90 at the top (this can be drilled for a plastic barb to attach a tubing and valve to more easily start a siphon), then attach a 45 to each end of 90, this gives you the U shape. Use pvc pipe stock to make the connections to fit and for the down tubes. Bill.

Drilling an acrylic tank is super-easy compared to drilling glass. Is getting an internal overflow and drilling the tank an option?
