Added a bicolor blenny to my tank last week, and I'm getting a bit nervous that he's not eating much. He picks halfheartedly at the coralline and the macroalgae, but I have no hair algae for him. I've been offering nori, but he ignores it.

Figure I'll head to the LFS for some spirulina flakes and something frozen. Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!

The easiest thing to get fish to eat is often live adult brine. You can gut load them with selcon or spirulina or phyto to get a little more nutrition i them. Once you get them accepting food you can often get them to eat other things as well.

Most herbivorous fish are not entirely vegetarian. I have a lawnmower blenny and he eats pods and live and frozen brine in addition to nori and seaweed selects.
