What do you feed your refugium?

I feed mine shrimp pellets.
They seem to LOVE it!!

I've got he IPSF kit with pods and worms. anybody know what they like to eat and how often they should be fed?

I give my refuge daily small doses of cryopaste or other phyto and golden pearls. Of course they also get whatever else falls from the water column. A lotb of people feed various flake. Refuge fauna will take advantage of most foods IME.

I feed mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, phytoplankton, and that stinky food recipe from Borneman's book. I think he calls it flavorful or aromatic.

Its got clams, oysters, mussels, shrimp, couple types of seaweed, blue-green algae, selcon, marine flakes, marine pellets, brine, mysis, and whatever else I had around. Blended up into a nice slurry. Boy does it stink.

I got a pretty big refugium with DSB that needs to eat a good amount.

I just feed mine cheapo fish flake food. Maybe I'm missing something here... hmmmmm
