Hey hey, check this one.

Valona, mix crap load of that in with aggrogate. Its natural, and will burst and degrade quite quickly.

Only problem is it might infest your rocks, and where to get enough of it is anyones guess.

Maybe some other Macro might prove usefull.

tell you what, ill brain storm. but dont take the pee out of the stupid ones, eh.

1) frozen Pea's
2) Pop corn
3) screwed up tissue paper
4) Empty disolveable pill casings, like erm the dennis the mennices or rhubarb and custards, damin it think legal ones.... er..... well you know

Well, about the ice I´ve read a possible way of using it but its to difficult you have to make lots of efforts to make this work right, check this http://www.garf.org/news17p1.html#rock as my own experience (I´m a Architect and here in Mexico we build every thing with concrete) the curing process of concrete generates heat, for a better bond you have to cure the concrete, try to keep the concrete as cool as possible an with a high content of water. that´s why is a good idea to get moist the sand that is used to mold the argocrete
Chopping little pieces of coffee shackers sound as a good idea, and thanks to this I remember that mom has a ton of little plastic pellets with a hole inside...I don´t know how they are called in english (in spanish they are called "chaquira")that he used for crafts..I´ll try those and see what happens...

Last night i thought of this aggrogate that is the absolute answer to all our requirements.

JELLO..... Raw, uncooked jello cubes. You could cut the jello any way you wanted, but by using the raw form of it (straight from the packet) it should hopefully help support more.

Then when your done, get your cauldron out make a fire and cook out some big jello rocks. You could even see when the jello was released from the rock because of the colour. And you dont even have to get things that hot to melt Jello either.

Damn, im so clever i surprise myself sometimes.

I also thought wasps would be good, but i was in a stupid mood last night. Hence the Jello, but i actually think this ones a winner.

Im going to try it anyways.

I have some info that may be useful- there are lots of gardeners trying to reproduce tufa, a not so common carvable garden stone. What they came up with is called hypertufa, which basically is concrete mixed with.... peat moss!

here are a bunch of recipes etc:
http://www.flash.net/~blhill/pages.aux/pond/recipes.html

FWIW, I've tried ice chips, they melt too soon. I proposed the idea of using styrofoam peanuts a while ago on here after seeing some kids on Letterman dissolving huge pieces of styrofoam in a small container of acetone, I think. Was shouted down, never tried it. Handfulls of grass and hay work pretty good.
