I have been feeding my BTA every other day. I ran out of silversides Wednesday, so when I came in to feed it this morning, it had moved! And it is in the worst possible spot to facilitate feeding ( of course!).

How can I encourage it to move? I tried to feed it this morning, but I am going to have to tear down all of my rock to get to it.

If you're determined to get it to move, then you will need a powerhead or move the rocks. I would leave it alone.
If it moved, then it moved for a reason. Let it digest it's food, it may be getting ready to split. I feed mine 1/week, and started out with 1 anemone about a year ago. It's now split into 5. I noticed that they go through many changes day to day, and realise that they're best left to do whatever it is that they are doing. I feed mine silversides, krill, squid, and clam.
