[Toadstool]

Having trouble with a certain type that I have not been able to identify. The best way I can describe it is it looks like one of those feather dusters you use to dust in a house. It is round in shape and green coler. It grows from a vine like position and is localized to one spot in my aquarium. I have taken the rock out of my tank and scrubbed it many times but it always comes back. Any help with an ID and control method would be appreciated.
