BIG feather dusters

Hi everyone,

I would like to get some BIG feather dusters. Are the hardy like the little ones? Will they reproduce like the little ones?

Any comment, experience, knowledge is welcome.

im not to sure... but my 3 are almost 2yrs old. try doing a search for it, i think there was a thread about them ounce upone a time.

Not sure, but I believe feather dusters are not very hardy at all. And most of what you would put in your tannk would make a light meal of them.

i have two feather dusters, both very pretty i have always hear that they are very hardy. They are filter feaders and feed on some of the same stuff that unwanted algae also feeds on. I would say get some. I don't know anything about reproducing.

I have two FD in my tank, one is a large one. I've had them for several months with no problems. Nothing in the tank picks at them. I enjoy watching mine and people that come to see the tank love it when I make them suck back in.
