Lifereef overflow owners?

Just bought a dual Lifereef overflow and have a slight problem. I can't keep one of the siphon tubes going. Air bubbles coming into the inner box puts a big air pocket in one of the u tubes and within an hour it loses sipon. After numerous attempts it still happens.It only happens on one u tube, the other is fine. The water in the inner box with both tubes going is 1/2 to 2/3 full. With the one tube going its 3/4 full. I e-mailed Jeff at Lifereef two days ago and still waiting a response. Any suggestion would be helpfull.

You need more flow.

I will third the notion you need more flow. what are type of return are you using.

You just dont have enough of a return pump, a larger pump will give enough flow to push any bubbles through.
