Please ID sick fish

So my carpentars wrasse had this little white spot that looked like maybe something took a nip out of him a few days ago and its getting bigger. Its not Ich for sure i dont know if its a bacterial thing or a fungus or what... Hard to get a good pick but you can see what im talking about..

Could be a cut from rock or a bacterial infection.
If its getting worse i would move him to a hospital tank and treat with E.M. Erythromycin.

looks like a cut from a rock, if it gets infected you could have issues. Keep your water clean and vacuume out the stuff on the sand. Normally I would isolate in the same tank at first and make sure the fish is fed regularly.
