Bubble Magus Doser Tubing

Is there anyone that an give me the specs, and a place to buy the peristaltic tubing that goes inside the heads of the Bubble Magus doser.
Instead of inquiring here, I surfed elsewhere and got bad info and got the wrong thing.

Can anyone help me out?
