adding clowns

I have a paired up set of clowns in my 75 with a very light fish bio load. I was wondering if I can add-in more clowns? The female is very aggressive towards me, bites me every time I stick my hand in the tank, but she is not aggressive to any of the other fish in the tank.

If so, would they have to be the same type?

You can try but there is no guarantee. I have 5 in a 50 gallon but am going to have to remove one that is not eating very well. The other four get along ok. They don't have to be of the same kind necessarily but again its hit or miss. Best chance is to try to create to separate areas for them like opposite bubble tip anemones.

Its a chance you take. I bet she will be defense to other clowns that come into her territory.
