Here is my story folks , remember that caution when fragging should never be overlooked !.
A few hours ago I was moving some corals away from a torch that has been reaching and stinging them and I decided to put them into those cool little crevices that our live rock has for a more natural appearance and for better placement in the reef.
As I used my ice gel glue I had the top between my lips and both hands full with one holding my large stag coral in place and the other one with the glue , I noticed that my glue was coming out heavily due to a greater than average squeeze and I attempted to place the top on which was still between my lips .
Folks I have done this a million times before and never ever gave it much thought .
But today my accuracy was way off and instead of placing the the spilling glue into the cap to prevent spillage I put the glue into my mouth and found out that it will seal your lips to your teeth! Not a good thing to do people !!
Spent 3 hrs working in the mirror to get all the ice gel out of my teeth and my inner upper lip and gums are slightly burned from the glues effects .........
The moral of the story is that an ounce of precaution goes a long way.
I am ok so now we can all laugh ........but never again will I make this mistake again.
