My newest fish were bought 6 months ago (wrasse, hippo tang and algae blenny) and they all seemed fine until about 3 weeks ago (otherwise all the other fish are 2-3 years in the tank). I bought a bunch of new frags and immediately a torch was eaten in 2 days. Now I notice my Xenia is gone (might be a blessing) but I'm worried about my other softies. I'm thinking the wrasse, but I haven't actually caught anyone in the act. I feed mysis shrimp, blood worms and occasionally some pellets.
66 gallon in the wall reef tank.
fish are:
Melanurus wrasse
Ocellaris clowns (2)
PJ Cardinals (2)
Royal Gramma
Blue Hippo Tang
Diamond watchman Goby
Engineer Goby
Cleaner Shrimp
Emerald crab
Hermits (4)
Anyone have any guesses? Who's guilty!!!!

Forgot to add algae blenny to the list?
I also just noticed the "how to post a proper question" thread. I am impressed by that, but it seems overkill for this post? but heres a short version:
66 gallon 42"x 28" x 12" in the wall tank (7 yrs as FOWLR and 3 as a reef)
w WP25 and a hydor 1050 and an ESK-75 HOB simmer
pH 8.3 (API)
Salinity 1.022-3 cheap hydrometer
alk 9.2 (salifert)
Ca 380 (salifert)
Phos 0-0.25 (API)
NO3 0-1 (ELOS)
NH3 0
Temp 79 (thermometer)
I use chemipure and floss filtration in my overflow partition sump (partitioned off of the main tank) w Cheato in there too.
Lighting is a DIY 36 CREE LED (mix of whites/blues and some reds) on from 7 am to 4 pm w a single T5 actinic moon light on from 4pm to 12 pm
6 inch sand bed w live rock
I use a JBJ ato w Kalk in my water
Weekly 5 gallon waterchange (RODI water w Reefcrystals)
Feed mysis/blood worms/+/- pellets daily
Feed Cyclopeze, Coral Frenzy, Phytoplan every other day
What am I forgetting?

Thanks so much for your replies!

The hermits are all from John at reef cleaners and have been there for a long time. The Emerald is from Manhattan Aquarium and has been there for about a year. He's very small (1 inch). The scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp is also a long time resident (2 yrs).
The reason I think it is a fish is because of how quickly and how much is eaten. The Xenia was 3 heads that were eaten in 24 hours completely to the rock.

Djangom,

Great post, that tank has some great dimensions. Would definitely love to see a photo!

Everything you listed about that tank sounds good, If I had to choose one fish I would start by watching that Hippo tang. They are notorious for picking! Especially if you recently added corals to an established tank.

Also, it could really just be a strange unexplainable die off.
