What should I do?

Did you test your water par? Start to cut from bottom. Is it rapid bleaching from bottom.

That looks like an anemone right below. Could it be that it was stinging it all day?? Happens to me with another sps frag.

@jarrett: when I frag it should I dip it in revive before putting it into the display tank?

i wouldn't stress it anymore just get those corals away from that anemone.

That looks like death from the anemone. I agree I wouldn't stress it anymore if the recession continues then it's a matter of saving what you can if you can.

Indeed, cut the "sane" part and make sure it is away from the anemone.
