Best to do so when the weather is warmer especially if you only have a pick up truck , hopefully you have a van !
Make sure you have a few buckrts or rubbermaids to hold the livestock try and keep the temp as close to stable as you can during the trip , setup the containers when u get to the destination with heaters and powerheads and that will givr you all the time you need to setup the tank
Are you going to use the old equipment? Just a straight tear down and rebuild. I would get a inverter to hook up a bubbler, heater etc during your trip. Id like have extra saltwater already made up to the exact parameters your existing water is. You really need to do some planning. 33 miles is a nice hike for a reef tank.
