Before and after. 1st attempt with whichever gel I grabbed first. Lights are morning blue ramp up mode. What a huge difference!

Does this only work for the phone? . . can you put this on DSLR's Flash?

I have been able to produce decent pics but still have a heavy blue/purple tint

Yes This works on a DSLR also (LG gels will be available soon)
But not to be put on your flash you put it over the lens just like your phone.
You will loos 1 F stop so you will have to adjust for that.

Don't forget this idea was originated to make it easyer for cell phone pics and not have to up load to a computer causing more time and effort and not to replace Photoshop.

People tend to over indulg in Photo Shop.

Ok cut a strip off each of the gels so I could use them on my webcam.

Here's the before/afters. The first pair are with white+blue, the second two are blue leds only.

The gel is being held in place by the fish-eye lens that is magnetically attached. I may add a piece of scotch tape since sometimes it all gets knocked off.

Oh and doubled up!

Think I'll leave it like this :)

Mike those pics are before and after...the first shot is with no gel and second shot is with gel. You can see how bad the blue one is before and the white has very little change if anything...

Doubled up though its a little washed out but still very little difference.

Well even if you don't agree, it's still pretty amazing...i'm not trying to portray my corals in their non true colors...but when you show people pictures of your coral they just don't get it sometimes...but if they saw in person when blue lights are on they are like whoa!!! So if i can capture that in a picture, fine.. I try not to use the deepest darkest ones...i'm trying to represent what i see in my normal viewing. For that these things are amazing!
