ATO system help

SO I put together my JBJ ATO system and it just doesnt seem to work. Anyone in Queens know how to use one of these things. I could really use some assistance. Thanks!

The diagram on the box is pretty self explanatory. pick A or B and use the probes in the right place. The only thing that might interfere, is if they are placed too close to magnetic powerheads.

the diagram plus the video should be enough maybe you have it too high or maybe too low play around with it .......................
