Hi Again! So, I've had less than 4 years exp. in saltwater (learning exp... a little of everything coral care/placement, fish, water params, lighting....all the fun stuff) and during that time I fell IN LOVE with corals. It was only early this summer that I finally took the plunge and started my own SW tank. As a Newbie I got into a shopping frenzy:shhh:, always ecstatic to visit the numerous LFS for new ls to arrive.

When does it ever die down? lol :splitspin; What's the longest period you've refrained from shopping/trading for corals?
The consensus seem to indicate that it doesn't.

Hehe it can definitely turn into an addiction, sleepless nights jk, telling yourself it's not in the budget but then all of a sudden it is, going to LFS just to "look" but never leave empty handed lol
As we speak I'm perusing diversden, eep!
But it's a great hobby to be in :)

I hear you on that one..I seen websites come and go LFS come and go ...other members selling there tanks and equipment only to return 6 months later come and go..checking the vendors on here for eye popping corals ,selling the less desired corals to make room for them..lol..your not alone welcome to the club....the club of coral fanatics!!!most expensive addiction ...

Friends always ask where do you spend all your money and my reply is always corals and they roll their eyes
They would never understand corals

lol
everytime my friends call me they like "so what's up where you are?"
I'm like "in a fish store looking for something"
they like "oh there you go again!... bye!":irked:

I have a confession: There must be something wrong with me! I have an acan bowerbanki which I loved in the store, brought it home and loved it even more, at least the first week. A month later I'm tired of it. Pretty bad? Yeah, I think so.
