When I was disassembling my chiller, I snapped one of the hose nipples on my chiller. Pics are attached. Does anyone know if this can be fixed. I emailed JBJ, but have not gotten a response. I was wondering if anyone knew of a glue or epoxy that could fix this. I'm a little hesitant to glue it as I don't want it to break and then cause a big leak. Or if someone knows this stuff and wants to buy it for a deeply discounted price, I am all ears.

In the blue colored pic, you can see the nipple sticking up from the one in the top right. The lower left one should look like that, but the nipple is broken off.

There are bits you can use to thread the inner protion of the hole where the nipple broke off. Can you do that and then screw the necessary nipple into the new threaded hole?

Your just having no luck lately :(

Heh, yeah, not the cheapest week for me...

It doesn't appear to be threaded and when I tried to see if it could be unscrewed, the plastic is brittle and broke more. I have had it for 6 years, so probably just brittle due to 2 years of sea water. It's pretty shot and from looking at it, looks like it is all one large piece with wires coming out of it and such. I think I need to get a new one. I contacted JBJ, but they haven't replied after 5 days.
