How Many Fire Shrimp? (75 gallon)

How many fire shrimp is too many for a 75 gallon? I love the look of shrimp in a tank and I definitely would like a couple. I still want to get some cleaner shrimp as part of my cuc, how many fire shrimp is a good number for a mixed reef tank.

If you have a lot of rock work you could get away with two, especially if they pair off, but unlike a lot of other shrimp, who stay together in pairs, they usually stay away from each other.

I had two in my 90gal reef and one lived on one side of the tank and the other the other side of the tank. Every once and a while I found them together but most of the time they stood clear of each other area.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. Probably start out with one and add another if he does good after a couple weeks.

+1, well not total useless but they usually only come out when the lights are off and the tank is dark. They also come out when there is food in the tank, but they then usually run for cover afterwards.

+3? I never ever see mine even during feeding. He praises me with his whiskers every so often but thats it
