Anyone know the brand of this tank?

55 gallon w/oak trim. The center brace is a thick piece of glass unlike the black AGA 55 tanks. I'm doing research as to whether or not the sides are tempered so that I can drill it for a sump.

I think there is a red sticker on the bottom, probably says the bottom's tempered, but as for the sides I don't know.

definately not, typically (most) tanks are tempered on the bottom, but best to check with manufacturer,

also pics would help greatly

If you have a pair of polarized sunglasses you can check for yourself. Put the glasses on and look at the tank. if you see a pattern in the glass, it's tempered. If you need a referece, look at the back window of a car with the same glasses on. You'll see what I'm talking about.

I knew about that but I don't wear sunglasses

I'll try to post some pics, if not when I get some money I'll just buy another tank & drill it. I have scratched the glass with that stupid algae magnet.
