if the clam is not happy, it will try to move...is your permanent 'placement' better than the clam's 'survival' instincts?

Best way to do this is to let the clam attach its foot to a rock or shell or large frag plug,then you can glue that to the rocks you want.. But if the clam is not happy it will move.. Gluing the clam down will probably result in the clams death.. Which I am sure you don't want..
Blah blah... Plus clams do grow.
