Co2 Bottle Refill

I was going to take my tank to a plumbing place McKinney Welding and they said they cannot refill co2 tanks they can only exchange them. Well I dont want to exchange my tank I want to get it filled. Anyone have a suggestion somewhere in the city that will do it? Where does everyone else get their bottles refilled?

I get my co2 paintball tanks refilled at any sporting goods place like dicks or galyans. Im sure there are also a bunch of paintball shops in the city they will be sure to have co2 refills

I refilled my tank right on the spot.
They also have industrial, medical, and beverage grade Co2 gas. I think I paid under $20 for medical grade.
