How often do you guys do water changes.

How often do you guys do a water change and how much

I do about 25% once a year, top off with kalk/RO. I dose Kent Tech Iodine, Lugols, mg I have no unwanted algae growing in my main tank but I have a large fuge with lots of macro. My Nitrates are thru the roof but everything else is normal.

What would be the reason to do a 25% once a year? Why do any at this point? Not looking to flame, just very curious.

Sounds great to me. If everything in your tank looks good, I'd say don't try to fix it.
