Unfortunately, if the temps go up another 3 or 4 degrees then...................
Julio from RC just posted that he came home Monday night to a tank temp of 92 degrees. His controller on his chiller malfunctioned and his SPS corals had started to RTN and he lost all his Lyretail anthias.
Also consider that at even 85 degrees, the oxygen content is very low which would cause stress in your fish which can lead to outbreaks of disease. Corals may start to bleach even if temps are not high enough to cause direct RTN.
