Tank upgrade

Been putting together components for a tank build that I have been thinking about for a while.
A 150 gallon 48 x 24 x 30 display tank on top of a 75 gallon sump. The front part of the sump will be a fuge with a diverse range of macro.
Building the sand from 4 x 4 lumber with a 3/4 ply skin.

Am I missing any obvious potential problems? This is going on a poured foundation.

I have seen a few stands that display the fuge under the dt. since your making the stand this would be somewhat easy to do depending how you frame it out, not sure if you considered this but might be interesting to try. good luck with build

4x4 and 3/4 ply you'll be able to hold a tank..no problem with the weight especially on slab...good luck with the build and post up some pics

why 4x4? 4x4 have a tendency to warp, use 2x4 instead.

I was thinking of dimensional lumber over 2 x 4 due to the added weight. After seeing dubs stand I'm thinking I can get away with 2 x 4.
This is for a house I should e moving into in spring so I'm planning now. Have both tank and sump.
