To All of the folks who have volunteered ....Please do check the list on the first Post of this thread to make sure you are on it for the correct assigned shift.

While we DO need the help, please wait for a confirming PM from Kris on when we need you.
Only those folks who are confirmed via PM should come to help on Saturday & Sunday morning. It may sound odd, but too many people is almost worse than too few.
Sunday morning actually requires less folks to help as the vendors all 'load-in' on Saturday, so Sunday is simply 'tweaking' the room. (and do remember..there is no cherry picking allowed - you get to shop when we open the doors to the rest of the crowd)

Sunday - at the end of the swap - we need EVERYONE who can possibly stay to help to do so! As you can imagine, the Swap Crew and the Vendors are exhausted by that point and vendors want to get in their vehicles and get back home - some of whom drive great distances!
We have to drain all of the water from the tanks and then carry all of the display tanks outside & load them up. ALL members are welcome to stay and help

Hey, just want to let you know that I'm definitely available for set up since I last left off on this thread that I might have a scheduling conflict. I'm already on the list for Saturday, and would like to do Sunday morning if possible too. I'm probably going to be up early like a little kid on Christmas, so you might as well give me something to do on Sunday. Haha. And my name is Kris- just noticed the original post asked for names. I didnt get a pm for Sunday AM. I would love to stay and clean up but have family party in pm. My name is Joe, forgot i was suppossed to include that.
