If I had to choose I would go with the VHO. I got a URI Superactinic bulb hooked up this weekend to run along side my 175 watt 10K XM and I'm very very pleased with the difference it has made. The color of my tank is way better. I would reccomend the VHO, the color is really nice too.

I would get 2 URI superactinics and 2 daylight(something like a 10K color). This would probably give you a good balance with blue.

If you want really blue go for 3 URI superactinics.

I supplemented my 175 10K XM with one 3ft URI superactinic and it changed the color a lot.

i have these guys all the time. Everytime i go to clean up my overflow prefilter, i get like 10 to 15 big ones, like 3/4 centimeters that squirm around all the time. I'm sure there is plenty of other stuff in there too. If you have live rock with lots of life on them, these will prob grow naturally as well. let me know if you want them. i live in brooklyn.
