Blonde Naso streamer question

I have a question a LFS has a beautiful 6-7inch blonde Naso streamer for sale for $190. He is mint. Is this a good deal , should I jump on it. I love this fish

I would say you need at least a 6 foot tank to keep a full grown mature naso.

A 180 will do fine for it. You may be able to get away with it in a 90 for a short period of time. But unless you are sure you are getting the 180, I would stay away from it. Not fair to the animal to be locked up in a small tank. Those fish are awesome, When I had my 170 that was my dream fish with full streamers. But I broke my tank down.

As far as price, I don't think that's a good price. I would think a 6"-7" Blonde Naso would be around $120-$150. For $190-$220 you should be able to get a much larger one.

+1, Blonde Naso's are not as expensive as they were 10 years ago. I see a lot of them around that size for under 100.

Wait till you have your new tank and order from Diamonds of the Reef. Dom is the man and will get you a better price than that.

Agreed. I have gotten most of my fish through Dom and all have been totally healthy and qt'd. I have 3 fish coming tomorrow and a couple of inverts.

i have sweetlip naso tang about 4-5 inch perfect condition i will sell it for you when you switch to 180 for 70 bucks just let me know the reason im selling is too many tangs in my aquarium (5 in 180 gallon)
