I have a 24 gallon aquapod, with LPS and a spotted cardinal, a clown goby, a firefish and a blue chromis. So I added the tailspot blenny since he lives in a niche that the others don't.
Then my local LFS got a royal gramma which I really like so I decided to add him as well. He is on the small side so far and very active. I didn't notice any fighting but after a few days I found my chromis dead on top of the rock. Did not look like he was beaten but that can be hard to tell. He would be the most likely to run in with the gramma since they both are active and in the upper end of the tank.
Now the gramma is annoying the blenny. Not sure why but he keeps hanging around the blennies perch. Then came the showdown. The blenny was swimming around his perch and the gramma came at him with his mouth wide open. The blenny opened his mouth and put it right up against the grammas mouth until he backed off. Too bad I didn't have my camera.

even though my RG is a jerk and tries to push everyone else around, he only bluffing, I have never seen him actually chomp anyone and It seems like all the fish know it too. he is like a grumpy guy in a cave just fish shaking at everyone who goes by..

I doubt he killed anyone, chromis just die.. ime how long did you have the chromis?

I would expect many more stand offs between him and the blenny, since blennys are grumpy lil buggers also.

I had the chromis about 2 years but don't really know how old it was. It was starting to turn a darker blue so maybe it did jus die. Also I would have expected it to be on the bottom if it got beat up.
Grammas usually just open their mouths without attacking but once I did have one that did attack fish.
The blenny has a fixed frown but I think they are cute. Anyway I am glad he stood his ground.
