what it looks like is a bacterial infection probably related to the ich.i would take it out of the dt.put it in a tank or bucket with a powerhead and heater overnight and return it.then go look in all the tanks and tell me what u see.if you were in there and saw no ich that amazes me.i can tell you a guy a went there with and i pointed it all out to him.we were amazed that they could sell fish like that.and i also pointed out the green carpet that was more like a white carpet.it lost all of its color.please understand i am just a guy who loves this hobby i am not telling you anything that is not true.i know there was 5 naso i saw there and they all had it.the ich might haven fallen off and its showing no signs right now.i would not leave it in your tank.

Like I said i have it in a tank with my harlequin shrimps , and 2 damsels, I'm going to watch him till tomm and see what happens, if his condition worsens, is it possible it happened when he netted the fish , bc I didnt notice it while in tank at store

Naso is doin better ,,garlic guard ,, and pe mysis once a day

The spot isn't red anymore ,, but he is really dark in color now and really skinny
