Fish food mixture

Hi all,

Looking to get some idea on what to put into/create a smorgasborg for my fish only tank. I usually make a large portion then freeze it. Here's my current list of fish:
-Maroon Clown
-Tusk
-Queen Angel
-Blue Throat Trigger

Ingredients:
Chopped Shrimp, mysis shrimp,...

I would add some angel food into that. Angels have a special diet that include sponges and some coral. You want to be able to provide that for ultimate health. Id look into a frozen angel food and make sure you rinse it before adding it to the mix. As for the other stuff, I usually use filet of basa(or anything cheap thats white), scallops, shrimp, clams, squid and mussels. HTH

that's a good idea, but the cost of the prepackage food is expensive. That is why i ask you you would put in it, if you went to the seafood market.

I got a small 1lb bag of anchovies from an Asian market. Just make sure the frozen fish ingredients is just fish and water.

I only have a few small fish and one achovy can probalby last me a 2-3 weeks. I take out some chunks and dice it finely.
