I wouldn't treat him with anything other than kindness at this time. Good clean water and a good diet and a happy tank are best.

Until you know exactly what is wrong with a fish, it is a bad idea to do any sort of medical treatment as you could make a situation worse (incorrect medicine, stressing fish more trying to catch it).

He might have just bumped into a rock or run into something in the tank that stings. Best to keep your eye on him for now and post again if it begins to look worse. (we could use a slightly better pic too ;))

Good. :)
In the meantime, can you give us some history on the clowns? Are they a recent addition, where did they come form? Any other info?

Are they acting & eating normally?

Well I got the female 2.5 in occelaris from a Member off the forum ,, and he was a 100% healthy ,, he was in tank by himself for about a week then i purchased 5 more occelaris from lfs ,, they were about a inch big ,, they have all paired up and are happy , i have 9 anemones in my tank rangin from rbta, gbta sebae, condy and a Haddoni carpet. They were all together living happy for about a month I just noticed a week ago that the one 2.5 female occelaris has a red growth on it's bottom lip ,, her pair looks totally fine an they are hostin the Haddoni anenome. The other is the male hostin a huge rbta and it has from what it looks like white ring around it's mouth ,, they Are all actin healthy and eatin normal. ,, I just don't hope it's not contagious an passes to other clowns and or all fish

Ok, so they have all been in the tank at least a month. That's good.

Were any other fish recently added that might not have been run through QT?

You have quite a few different anenomes in there, so they could be getting stung by one (or more) of them - will admit, I am not up on my clown/anenome compatability knowledge.
But - if it is a sting, they will quickly learn not to go near the source again and will heal as long as the rest of their environment is healthy.

I still wouldn't do anything, just feed a balanced diet and a little soaking of the food in a good fish vitamin (like Selcon) wouldn't be a good idea :)
