starting sea horse tanks

so yes guys,,,im starting another tank. this time its a 55 gallon cube (thanks slamajama) now i know they require little to no flow,,,so what size return pump should i put in here. also i have a sand bottom but it that what is required for a sea horse tank,,thank in advance im sure ill be having more questions
