Fish is sick

Hi,

I moved this post to Fish and hope that I can get an advise.
My Sunburst Anthias has bumps with 2 holes on the top of the body near the fin. Do you know how should I treat the fish?
The wound is getting worse this couple of days.

hospital tank- pima and melafix and a uv

A varied diet including PE mysis. Feed at least 3x a day.

Soak in Selcon or Zoe.

Make sure water quality is perfect. If not, start mixing water for a water change.

How sudden did these appear? Is he being picked on by tankmates?

It just started from one red dot which is not even a wound. The it gets bigger after a week. The fish lives with a neon gody so the fish didn't attrack by other fish. I have feed the fish with brine & mysis with garlic for 2 weeks but didn't help.

I'm going to try melafix tonight.
