clownfish breeding

so ive had this pair of clown fish now for 3 years.they are always together never apart.1 is much larger then the other 1 so im guessing they r male and female.but in 3 years they have never spawned.why would this be.i fugured eventually babies were going to come but nothing.is there a trick besides candlelight and barry wehite
