Yellow tang with holes under belly?

noticed today my yellow tang that does not look stressed or affected by what i saw on it, but what i saw was 2 circular holes near the belly under the fin on the same side? could it have gotten bitten? trust me when i say i tried taking pics of its belly but the tang was too quick for me lol anyone ever see this ?

mostly tangs, the ony one i can see bothering it would be a yellow striped maroon, but they've all been in my tank for a couple years and i never saw any bites like this, i just want to make sure its not a parasite.

noticed today, its on its side, kinda on the belly right under its fin.

and its a legit hole? i might have been bitten by a bristle worm?
