blue hippo tang white spot

hello everyone i have a blue hippo tang and i noticed a white spot on him today i was wondering if anyone can tell me what this might be and how can i can take care of it??? he is eating and swimming around like normal would geing cleaner shrimp help ?

it doesn't look like its sticking out like a pimple.. looks just like pigment change or maybe where it has just rubbed up against some rock

Watch him and start looking signs of more white spots, scratching, and herky jerk movements. If you notice this, then there is a chance he is sick. Cleaner shrimp work, mine do at least.

if you have soft rock some fish hid in side behind it and they might rub against the rock and it may either scratch them or it rubs of on to them. this happens with my niger trigger. he goes and hids and comes out with some sandy rock on his side but it goes away pretty soon after.
