Flasher Wrasse problem

Hi,

I have a McCosker's Flasher Wrasse and a regular Flasher Wrasse for about 3 months. One of them turned pale in a few weeks ago but still swimming actively. The other one turned pale a few days ago. is this normal? Does anyone has experience with this? Anyway, they are swimming and eating fine.
