oh yeah and DO NOT, i repeat do NOT feed them frozen squid, or any other kind of squid. once they get a taste, theyll start eating eachother ;) lol good luck again! cuttles are amazing.

i hope to one day find a flamboyant but for now i will definitely settle for some s.bandensis.

Are those regular pods in the first pic. Whatever they are, there are hundreds all over my tank's sandbed about 30 minutes after lights go out. Some are very large, about the size of my pinkynail. Are they pods?

Yes they are regularpods some new and some old and big.. Update: a 5 gallon bucket is too small for 8 of them even with tons of food I'm down to 2... I suspect they started eating each other they are still the same size though.. They do eat a lot of pods.. I put the 2 remaining cuttles in my display and haven't seen them in a day way too much space.. But on a brighter note my fish left them alone when I put them in.. Just watched them fight the current until they got to a rock..
