What's are the best tankmates for Emperor Angelfish

Depends on the size of your tank, the size of your angel, and how long its been in your tank.

My Emperor is in a 180 with a Picasso trigger, foxface (siganus vulpinus), clown tang and a few damsels. Everyone gets along with some occassional minor chasing.

What other fish did you want to put in there? The clown tang can become very aggresive as well.

I've had an emporer with a lion fish, zebra eel, snowflake eel, purple tang, yellow tail coris wrasse, and an auriga butterfly.

I have mine with a hippo, long nose butterfly, blotchy anthias and flame angel. The emperor was first and has established dominance. He doesnt bother any fish as long as they stay out of his way
