Can Imperator Angel and/or Blue Koran Angel live with the following fishes?
-Flame Agel
-Hippo Tang
-Yellow Tang
-Clown Tang
-Peculiar Clown
-Niger Trigger
-Christmas Wrasse

Fish are very unpredictable, but with the list you provided I don't see any problems. You SHOULD be good.

what size tank are all these fishes in and sizes?

if you a have a big enough tank(150+), good bioload, you should be alright, you have a few "Tang Police" here that might have a opinion on this.

+1 fish are unpredictable
