New Baby Clown Fish Sick

One of my baby clown fish is sick (1"). He/she has the following symtpoms

Rapid breathing, blood red gill plates and not active. I just noticed him started to float around water surface.

Is there anything I can do?


The fish is new and I bought him on Friday night.
