Hippo Tang..

I just notice my Hippo tang is changing color. Is this normal.. When I first got it, it was light blue.. Now half of the body at the end near the tail, is dark blue now.. Is it due to I haven't did a water change in couple week? And I just did a water change yesterday... Anyone? I'll try to post a pic when I get home tonite..
