How to catch a blenny without moving the rock?

i used a larger net most blennys have a den,a whole they pop in and out of i waited till the lights were out for about an hr put a good amount of mysis in the net placed the net over the den and 10 minutes later i got mine,it was a black sailfin and it was ripping SPS apart.Oh and i also had a flash lite i had dimmed so i could see it go into the net.

I got the same problem and needed to remove the rocks to catch that beast. He's just too smart and fast.

I try last nite, putting a big cup and some meaty food in front of his dent. and that sucker didn't fall for it.. damn.. I really don't wanna move all the rock.. But I need that sucker out...
