my sheltered percula clown

i have 2 clowns in my main tank..1 is 3in the other around 1 1/2.they get along great.now i have a 3in clown in my sump now for 6 months because before i bought the 1 1/2 clown the 2 were together and 1 started beating up on the other so the 1 that was bullied was condemned to the sump.my question is should i try to reintroduce the sump clown back into the main or do you think she will be harrassed again.my tank is a 50 gal.
