WHAT TO FEED A Porcupine Puffer

Well i have a 14'' puffer that will only eat live craw fish. Well the fish market i buy them from will stop selling them at the end of summer and don't know what else to feed him. The craw fish realy make a mess and he will not even try frozen food like shrip,siversides,butterfish. Only likes live food!!!!!
Anyone know of anything else to try?
He is always hungery and the fish market always does not have craw fish everyday so i feel bad if he only eats 2 a week.

Try frozen crawfish at first. If you can use tongs to make it look alive and tempt him to eat it. Start weaning him now before your live food supply runs out. If nothing else you can try saltwater feeder shrimp.

When I had picky lionfish I was buing life freshwater feeder fish and it was doing the trick.Good luck.

Shore crabs I can get you a lot.. THey love them..

What are shore crabs ?
I did not try the clams yet, maybe be buy them whole and crack open a little
