Clown fish question (fungus?)

I have a clownfish with no problems with eating and swimming, which developed swollen mouth couple of days ago. Now I checked it today and it seems like he has developed whitish beard around his mouth area?? Its really small fine/short hairlike thing around his whole mouth. I read something ion the internet called cotton mouth?? Any treatment options?? He is still behaving normal.
