After hearing that this fish is reefsafe and great for eating hair algae I purchased one and put it in my display. I have a couple of clams and sps, and then read on some sites that the blenny may nibble on them, some say that that is depends on the specimen, and also that this accusation is unfounded. He was breathing heavy and mouth open last time I saw him, and now has been out of sight for 24 hours. he may not have made it, but I wanted to see if any problems have come about with other reefers in regards to sps and clam mantels.
