Bursa trigger...

My new Bursa Trigger has a chunk of flesh taken out of its chin area...there is nothing in my tank that would have attacked him...could he have done this to himself on the live rock?...will it heal up on its own?

Watched him again at feeding time...and he was all around the food but did not eat...almost as if he could not open his mouth..
do you think a domino damsel could have taken a bight out of this guy?
hope this trigger heals up.
